My mentor, Don Clayton once told me, “never underestimate what one great person can do for your organization,” and  I have never forgotten this! As a firm deeply committed to excellent client service, we are always seeking to add the best and brightest people to the team.  This search for excellence begins with our role in partnering with higher education.

Last month, Clayton & McKervey was awarded Walsh College’s President’s Award for Partnership in Education.  This award made the firm’s owners and Walsh alumni very proud.  We are fortunate to be surrounded by outstanding colleges and universities committed to equipping students for lifelong careers.   Coordinating and cultivating relationships with our educational partners, as well as engaging with students, actively participating in committees, and providing insights to help to shape programs and assist students, is vital to our focus on sustained growth and excellent client service.  We are rigorous in our efforts to attract ambitious, smart, and hardworking professionals who are passionate about being a member of our team and serving our clients.  Furthermore, we will continue to be committed to the role we play within the community to support the next generation of talent.
