Stephanie coordinates the firm’s internal human resource processes and programs, including compliance, experienced staff recruitment and onboarding, evaluation and feedback, and process improvement.
Area of Focus
I have spent my career focusing on all aspect of human resources, including recruitment, orientation, compliance, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and evaluation and feedback. The broad focus and experience allows me to have an understanding of all areas of the firm and be a central resource for staff when they have questions or concerns.

Favorite Part of Job
Variety. I enjoy that not every day is the same and I get to work on several different projects. I enjoy thinking of new ways to do things and interacting with staff in the firm to solicit input and feedback.
