Joe leads the firm’s campus recruiting programs. He also is active in the onboarding of new staff and employee engagement activities.
Area of Focus
I work closely with the career development offices, faculty, and students of colleges and universities to attract the candidates that are best suited to join Clayton & McKervey. With a career in recruiting it is essential to find candidates that can not only perform the tasks associated with the position but to also find the individuals that match the culture and core values of the firm.

Relationships. Building relationships with existing members of the firm, schools, potential candidates, and new friends is what drives me. I strive to be a source of value to the candidates I speak to so that we can help them make the decisions that are right for them.
