Erica Reagle

Week 1

My name is Erica Reagle and I’m a creative and analytical marketing professional with a love for writing. I’ve spent the last few years creating brand experiences for automotive clients and writing lifestyle articles for a variety of audiences. My husband and I had the opportunity to live in Wiesbaden, Germany for part of this year and now we’re in the process of building our dream home together here in Michigan.

I was drawn to C&M because it’s a dynamic accounting firm with a lively social media presence. I first learned about the marketing job through LinkedIn while seeking a career in a fast-paced internal marketing department. I’m excited to start my new marketing career journey here at C&M.

Everyone has been very friendly and helpful…even though we are all communicating virtually right now.  It’s also definitely been interesting starting a new job remotely without being able to meet my coworkers face-to-face, but it’s been a great first week. The onboarding process was quick and easy despite doing everything remotely!

There’s a lot of exciting things happening in the marketing department. I’m looking forward to creating engaging marketing initiatives to support C&M and contribute to the firm’s growth.

Month 1

My first month at C&M has been great! I’m learning a lot and contributing to exciting marketing initiatives. I like the fast-paced environment and variety of work. I love that every day is different; it helps keep things interesting. I’m glad I got to meet my Manager and tour the office despite the current remote working environment. I can’t believe a whole month has already gone by! It’s been great getting to know the team and diving into several different marketing projects.
